2. Q: Can the zoning codes be changed?
A: Yes. Zoning code can be changed anytime prior to the final decision on a development application. If objectors choose to challenge a development in court, this means the final decision HAS NOT been made. The zoning code can be changed while the case is in court. This is known as the time of decision ruling.

3. Q: Who has the power to change the zoning code in Weehawken?
A: The Weehawken Township Council.
